Audited Supplier The spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe with strip coil plate as raw material, often warm extrusion forming, and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. The spiral steel pipe sends the strip steel to the welding pipe unit, and rolls up the strip gradually to form a circular tube blank with open gap through multi-channel roll rolling. The pressure of the extrusion roll is adjusted to control the weld gap between 1 to 3mm, and the two ends of the welding joint are flush.
